The Oregon Legislature's special session will go into a third day.

Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber called the legislature to the capitol to vote on a series of measures relating to taxes and public pensions. Lawmakers have not met publicly so far Tuesday as negotiations continue behind closed doors.

One committee is set to meet this evening at 6, but the starting time has been delayed repeatedly throughout the day.
