New 'Soft On Crime' Ad Targets Washington Justice; Supporters Cry Foul

A political action committee run by former Senate Majority Leader Rodney Tom has launched a new ad targeting Washington Supreme Court Justice Charlie Wiggins as ''soft on crime.''
